About Priyanga Burford

Priyanga starred as The Herald’s Editor in BBC1 series Press, by Mike Bartlett, directed by Tom Vaughan, alongside David Suchet and Ellie Kendrick. Pri was in the scorching Consent at the National Theatre to rave reviews and one-off future-history film Charles III, a controversial political thriller, where Prince Charles becomes King. She starred in the chillingly plausible mockumentary UKIP The First 100 Days as the party's only Asian MP. Oh and she was terrific in The Thick Of It. Most recently Pri can be seen on board Avenue 5, alongside Hugh Laurie, or lost in the stresses of the City in Lena Dunham's Industry.
