Weeks after graduating from RADA, Chris starred opposite Alan Cumming in Bent in the West End, for which he was nominated Best Newcomer at the Evening Standard Awards. Chris wowed the critics with his unforgettable performance in the moving and naturalistic film Weekend. He was nominated Best British Newcomer by the BFI in this role as Glen the defiant yet tender lover.
