Create Account​Ruth Codd is an Irish actress who, at age 15, suffered a broken left leg that failed to heal. She underwent eight operations, but due to constant pain, she made the life-altering decision to amputate the leg. It only took her two days to learn how to walk again, her pain was gone, and she quickly adjusted to her new normal. Drawing on her experiences, Ruth started creating videos on TikTok about her life, disability, and anything else that came to her mind. She amassed a significant following, which is how the casting directors for THE MIDNIGHT CLUB found her. She auditioned for the role and was cast in her first professional acting gig. Ruth can next be seen in the Netflix limited series THE FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER, which premieres in October.
